Attendee-focused workshops – you are very much encouraged to participate actively and even show case your thoughts, ideas, experiences, should you wish.
Or, at the very least, add to your skill-sets, which can be harnessed, adapted and used for your students and lessons.

*Badges & Certificates
Attendees are given the opportunity to obtain a badge and certificate, should they wish. A few T's & C's apply.
Formative assessment will be conducted throughout, which will be both peer- and trainer-assessed.
There will be no summative assessment through a final test. However, attendees will be required to submit a Digital Portfolio (DP) of activities they have adapted (including pre-training tasks, class notes & a minimum of 2 activities per section, 6 activities total) from ideas presented during the various sessions.
Portfolio to include one written essay and a reflection, after each workshop presented.
Participate in a minimum of two peer-teaching sessions per student, including one trainer observation per module.
Class participation and a 90% attendance is mandatory. The way the course is structured builds on the knowledge of previously taught content.
Students will be graded C1 (exceptional competence), C2 (good competence), C3 (satisfactory competence) or NYC (not yet competent).
Should a grade of NYC be obtained, the student will have the opportunity to resubmit respective assignments as deemed necessary.
Therefore, nobody can really ‘fail’ this course, but some can still be shown that they’ve done exceptional work, whereas others might have certain aspects that could show improvement highlighted in an honest and constructively critical manner.
A final personalized report, badges and certificates will be issued to the participants upon completion of the criteria above.
We are currently in the process of having these workshops and courses approved and endorsed by the British Council.

I am a passionate TESOL teacher trainer & ESL teacher, artist, music enthusiast, foodie, world traveller, nature lover, gardener, social thinker, pacifist, cappuccino lover, star gazer, et. al. and have been teaching for 14+ years. I absolutely loooooove what I do and adore sharing new innovative techniques and ideas, and sharing awesome resources!
I have loads of experience teaching people of all ages and from all walks of life. I initially taught Art for five years, ESL for over eight years and have trained TESOL teachers for five years. So I am a creative soul, a lateral and out-of-the-box thinker, and have a wicked sense of humour (I hope!).
